This is a Z-Onedoll (head) – Doll Sweet (body) Hybrid:
Shown above is Z-Onedoll's head ZO-A35 aka Eva; the body is Doll Sweet's DS-167 Evo.
As the pictures above illustrate, skin tone matching is not so critial in this case. A bit more prblematic is the shape of the neck area in the current Doll Sweet ladies:
The suitable Dollworks adapter for this hybrid type would be ZO2DS.
