WM Doll announced an optional breathing feature for their lineup of TPE love dolls:

The breathing feature will be available starting August 2022.
The breathing simulation has not been seen in love dolls for many years. The first doll maker who showed such an feature was German company First Androids over a decade ago.
First Androids "Andy" sex doll could not only simulate breathing, but also had a 'pulse' and featured hip movement to enhance the sex experience.
Just an outlook of what the future might bring
