Z-Onedoll will retire in February 2020

GSET, the current owner of the Z-Onedoll brand, made an announcement that Z-Onedoll will retire on February 1st, 2020.

From the announcement:

Due to the aging of our old brand Z-one doll of molds, therefore, the molds keep to maintaining, cause the production time and shipping time delayed. Meanwhile, our new brand Sino-doll gradually replace Z-one brand in marketing. To provide the best premium product for client and end-customer, and to make sure our product can be meet the marketing. […] we are planning to release more products that are similar to Z-one doll.

The last orders for the heads and dolls from the Z-Onedoll product line can be placed until January 31st, 2020.

The Z-Onedoll product line was valued for their durable silicone blend and a reliable skeleton, for a multitude of head and body choices, and innovations like implanted (scalp) hair and short excursions into animatronics/robotics.

For the Z-Onedoll product line there are two competing successors:

• for one, the Sino-doll product line by GSET, and
• for two the current product line by the Hitdoll/Ildoll brands.

Both product lines share Z-Onedoll heritage like the rigid skeleton and several customization options; Sino-doll has developed completely new heads and body styles, whilst several of the current Hitdoll/Ildoll heads and bodies are directly based on Z-Onedoll sculpts. Both companies have advanced of what Z-Onedoll had; for example, there is weight reduction and H.R. (hyper realism) surface finishing available in the Hitdoll/Ildoll lineup, and Sino-doll has introduced an eye mechanism, extra soft vagina, butt and thights, a new neck connector and an option for standing without bolts.

The full variety of the old Z-Onedoll lineup is not yet matched, but Hitdoll/Ildoll and Sino-doll are rapidly on the way to subsititute what Z-Onedoll had with enhanced and newly developed products.
